We stayed at the condo for a week while visiting a friend in Mazatlan. The location was great. It was a short walk to the Plaza Machado, my favorite place, and a short walk to the Malecon. Every morning we walked the Malecon early while it was still not too hot. Right down the corner from us was Cafe Olas Negras, a wonderful place for breakfast or lunch. We had our coffee there almost every morning.
The condo was comfortable, with a balcony, although during our stay the weather was too hot and humid to spend any time out there. The shower was very large and nice, with wonderfully thick , soft towels.
Unfortunately, the pool was out of commission during our stay.
Kraig and Alfredo were very responsive any time we had an issue or question.
One thing to note: across the street there is a yard with five dogs who barked off and on day and night. Earplugs might be a good thing to bring for nighttime.

Kitchen was well stocked with utensils & cookware. Coffee pot and coffee were greatly appreciated as well.
Added benefits were water cooler, washer & dryer. Plenty of clean new towels.
Communication with hosts was excellent.
Close to everything. Would definitely stay there again!

Looked like the photos, walkable to lots of good restaurants, nice touches throughout the condo - had all the little extras you might need. The pool and roof area is fairly small if there are more a few people there but we only used it twice. Overall nice place to stay.

I apprecaited Kraig and Alfredo's place as it was very well kept, easy to find, private, great location with walkable surroundings. The hosts were very responsive and accommodative as we required a late check in. Thank you 😊

The perfect location. Only a half block from many great eating spots and only a short walk to the beautiful plaza machado.
Easy check in process and great communication with the owner. I highly recommend this unit.

The location and the furnishings were excellent! We usually stay in the Zona Dorada but the noise at night is very disturbing , so we tried Playa Sur. It is very tranquil and we slept like babies, and there are excelente restaurants, an Oxxo, and markets two minutes walking, and try the fish and shrimp tacos around the corner for 30 pesos. The condominium has natural wood furniture and decoration, a balcony two bathrooms and they even left some ground coffee and microwave popcorn for us. It is now our preferred destination.

El alojamiento está muy lindo, cuenta con todo lo indispensable para una estancia confortable.

This condo was perfect for my 2-night visit and would’ve been great for longer. Kraig and Alfredo have it equipped with all sorts of smart technology, tasteful decor, everything you’d need in the kitchen, and a comfortable memory foam mattress. It comes with the best parking garage space in a small garage. If you have a large car, it’ll be a squeeze. But parking space aside, I highly recommend it! Quiet at night too!
